Rate schedule

Service Fees

All fees are due prior to or at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. Loving2arms accept cash, money order, and electronic payment. Services will not begin until payment has been received.

Supervised Visitation

Initial intake / assessment

Per session (up to 1 hour)

Per session (up to 2 hours)

Custody Exchange Monitoring

Per exchange (up to 30 minutes)

Written exchange report

Additional Fees

Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice)

No-show

Travel outside standard service area

How we operate

Our Policies

Scheduling

All sessions must be scheduled in advance. We require confirmation from both parties before a session is confirmed. Same-day scheduling is not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in suspension of services.

Payment

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. We accept cash, money order, and electronic payment. Services will not begin until payment is received.

Conduct

All parties are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, appropriate manner. The monitor has the authority to terminate a session if the safety or well-being of any party is at risk.

Confidentiality

All session information is kept strictly confidential. Reports are shared only with the parties and professionals designated in the service agreement.

Termination of Services

Loving2arms reserves the right to terminate services at any time if policies are violated, safety concerns arise, or the service relationship is no longer appropriate.
